The house, which was lovingly converted/renovated in 2020/21, is modern and fully furnished. It is elevated, 30 meters from the sea, and 1 minute to swimming. It offers 2 bedrooms/living rooms and kitchen with sea view, bathroom with windows, courtyard and 2nd toilet, washing machine and storage. This peaceful and centrally-located bungalow is within 5 minutes walk of the picturesque port of Agios Nicolaos, 10 minutes walk to the village beach of Gnospi. Cafes, restaurants, shops are all within a short radius of the dacha. Fear not for it’s situation is perfect, the last house of the village before olive groves. Views of the mountains are breathtaking from the small garden. The dacha is surrounded by it’s own olive trees that provide shade when it is needed and sun elsewhere.

Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
