Salamander Chalet

Enjoy the peace, the view and the comfort of this stylish chalet. Very suitable as a romantic getaway or relaxing in nature with your family. We are at 650 meters altitude, in a hot summer it is always a little cooler than in the valley and with a breeze, very pleasant. At night, the lake cools down and it's a good night's sleep. We don't need air conditioning. Dogs are welcome, €15 per stay. For the winter, there is a wood-burning stove. We provide a wheelbarrow with firewood for €15.

Private swimming pool of 8 by 4.5 heated to 28° closed in winter For the well-being of the animals, PETS AND CHILDREN under 16 years of age ARE NOT ALLOWED. Within a radius of about twenty km, you can visit the towns of Mirepoix (medieval city), Foix (Gaston Phébus castle), Montségur (Cathar castle). Toulouse and Carcassonne are within an hour and offer many sightseeing opportunities. Pets are allowed, but there is no garden. Evenings and parties not allowed.
