Cozy private room with its own entrance in a shared 2BR apartment. Full-size Murphy bed for 1–2 guests, folds away to create space. 5 min walk to L & M trains, 20 min to Manhattan. Laundromat, supermarket & pharmacy on the block. Lots of cafes, bars, art & nightlife spots around. Shared bath and kitchen — please keep tidy. No smoking inside. The cat is currently away, but there is a dog in the apartment, just as lovely as the cat. Enjoy your stay!
