We offer a room with its own kitchen and private bathroom in Langenhagen/Kaltenweide. Hanover airport is only 7 min away by car and we are happy to offer an airport transfer if it is timely, for a surcharge. The bus, which runs right outside the front door, takes you to the S-Bahn (suburban train) station in Kaltenweide in 5 minutes or in 10 minutes. From there, the S-Bahn [suburban train] travels 25 minutes directly to the Laatzen/Hannover trade fair or 17 minutes to the city of Hanover.

The “Lister Meile” shopping street with supermarkets, drugstores, many small shops and cafes is only about 150m away. The 1-room apartment is located on the 2nd floor with separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and much more offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then it is already a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, for example, for 2 adults with a child. A baby crib, a children's travel crib, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).

The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed. Forest and nature can be reached within minutes. The apartment is also ideal for trade fair guests. WiFi is available.

Studio close to MHH, trade fair and city center

In the extension of our house, which was previously used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NO fully equipped kitchen) with sink. A folding sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-height partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Stay in an artist's studio

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.
