The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

The bedroom is equipped with a new and high-quality box-spring bed (200 × 200 cm). In the living room, there is a modern living area that can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed.
