1-room apartment in the basement of a beautiful detached house. Private entrance, private bathroom. Centrally located, but very quiet! Just a few steps to U-Bahn [subway] line 6. In 8 minutes you are in the city (Kröpke/train station). 15 minutes to Messe Ost. TiHo and MHH are also easily accessible. Approx. 2-minute walk to the IHK :) Good bakery and supermarket around the corner. Ceiling height 2.05 m. Total of about 25 square meters (with hallway and bathroom). In the extension of our house, which was formerly used as a practice, this studio is available for your exclusive, private use. Next to a small hallway with a shoe cabinet and wardrobe is the small bathroom with toilet and shower. In the large, bright living room there is a small kitchenette (but NOT a fully equipped kitchen) with a sink. A foldable sofa can accommodate a third person. Behind a medium-high partition is the double bed directly at the large window.

Alte Ziegelsteine, geschliffener und versiegelter Beton, Holz aus einer alten Eiche, alte Maschinenteile aus Gusseisen und viele weitere, einzigartige Dinge haben dazu beigetragen, dass das Loft ein besonderer Ort geworden ist. Das Loft ist ruhig in einem Innenhof gelegen. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist leicht erreichbar.

It is a newly renovated studio with lots of light. The studio is equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is lots of storage and there is a very bright lamp on the desk. There is a stereo. The flat is perfect for a weekend stay, fair guests or long-term guests. The flat is located in beautiful Kirchrode, nevertheless there is good public transfer. There is a direct bus to the fair grounds.

In my beautiful newly renovated artist's studio you can relax, live, be creative, work or unwind. My studio is located directly on the quiet and green Bonifatiusplatz and is just a stone's throw from the Lister Meile with its nice little shops and cafes. There are two cozy rooms (a bedroom/living room and the studio room with a large desk), a fully equipped kitchen and a brand new renovated bathroom.

Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located place (only 700 m from the Steintor). On approx. 39 square meters, we have created a functional apartment that is well suited for short trips. It is located in the Calenberger Neustadt, close to the Georgengarten (Herrenhausen Gardens). You can also quickly reach the Linden cult district (Limmerstraße) on foot.

Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
