Ryan's place is an absolute gem, and the nicest Airbnb I've stayed in. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. The home was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was large with everything we needed. Time spent on the front deck, overlooking the bay, seeing the lobster boats go by with the soothing sound of the ocean was amazing. The almost total lack of traffic was an unexpected delight. Lovely beaches a short walk away and lovely parks a short drive away. Hanging at home enjoying the peaceful setting was a highlight, rivaled only by the host's exceptionally welcoming spirit. Highly recommend this beautiful spot.

Perfect place for my 2 week stay while I worked in town! Had everything I needed and more! Super clear instructions, the host was super awesome and made me feel at home!

We had an amazing one-month stay, the house's highlights are: Well-located residence for discovering Cape Breton Island and its surroundings. Very quiet place and away from neighbors, just across the marina. Beautiful residence, very clean, full of beautiful windows, comfortable and well air-conditioned Outdoor fire pit and pergolas were very much appreciated. All services and restaurants are less than a kilometer away Nature is very present all around the house (deer, foxes, squirrels, crabs, cormorants, herons, blue jay, kingfisher, etc.). Points to consider: No curtain in the master bedroom. No mosquito nets in any of the windows, so you'll have to choose between mosquitoes or air conditioning. Dining table for only 6 people seated (listed; maximum of 8 guests). Very poorly equipped kitchen Many bulbs are burned out indoors and outdoors and none A big thank you to our hosts for the stay!

This place was spectacular. I have been to many cabins and cottages, this one has proven to be one of the best if not the best. Exceptionally spacious with two cabins on a large private property over looking a breathtaking view of the lake. The hosts are very hospitable and accommodating. They even left small gift baskets that did not go unnoticed. It's everything you could want in a vacation. My only word of caution is it could get a little hot. There's no airconditioning as the listing accurately describes, however fans have been provided. We traveled in August and at times it could get uncomfortable but tolerable. With the windows open you usually get a good breeze during the nighttime.

Ann was such a great host. Had everything we expected and more. She went out of her ways to make our stay incredibly enjoyable. She even had a gift for us as we are celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary, desert in the fridge and breakfast options like bacon and eggs and bread in the fridge. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was amazing, couldn't ask for a better host then Jennifer, very caring about her guest and making them feel at home, anything needed they are there in a heart beat, will deffinitly book again when available in the future :) the scenery is beautiful, theirs no place like being by the ocean makes you feel at home ❤️ very clean house, beautiful inside and out! and to top it off the hot tub was an amazing thing to have to relax in during our vacation/stay & the kids loved the ocean & kayaks and fishing off the warf, 10/10 rated stay :)

Our stay with Hyson and Holly was AMAZING! It's a newer listing so we weren't quite sure what to expect but wow were we blown away! This was the nicest Airbnb we've stayed at. From the cute breakfast nook, to the fully stocked kitchen (complete with coffee/tea, snacks, cooking oil, condiments, zip lock bags, drinks, etc.), very spacious bathroom, large sectional and comfy bed, it's clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making this place comfortable and functional. The attention to detail was very impressive! We will be recommending this lovely spot to friends coming to explore the Cabot Trail soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

First of all, I have to thank Damian for giving us such a wonderful experience. I must say the house was even better than the pictures. Everything was neat and clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — especially during sunrise and sunset, offering a breathtaking view of the harbour. Damian was great to communicate with and responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. If I ever travel to the area again, I would definitely choose this place again!

This unit is in a two story apartment building, set back from the road which makes it easy to miss. The flip side of this is that it is very quiet, with a beautiful view of St Peters Bay. There is a grocery store within walking distance, along with a few places to eat out. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
