Walk everywhere, from mouth-watering restaurants, to shopping and even the seawall a short walk away. Super easy to get to from the airport - just a quick 10-minute walk from the skytrain. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind before exploring the town. This is a chill space though - please, no parties or events.

Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. New, bright, main-level suite with separate entry and private patio. Enjoy our quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by parks and just a 1km trail walk to the beach. . Conveniently located with a 5 minute drive to the ferry, mall, waterpark, golf courses and restaurants, 30 minutes to the airport and 40 minutes to downtown Vancouver. The suite is cosy, with two queen beds and a fold-out sofa. We live in the main house which is attached but quite separate and are available if you need anything.
