Historic and updated home from the 1800's
This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Little Red Barn W/Sauna Access
This unique comfy space is located on our 10-acre boutique farm/nursery in a beautiful landscape and Dark Night Skies. It is a cozy camp in any season with 1 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft and accessed by a ladder. Includes supplemental heat/AC, fire pit, picnic table. There is not a restroom attached. The restrooms are shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets must be included in your reservation.

Horse Farm Haven
Horse Farm Haven is a studio apartment with a beautiful view of the Monroe and Cove mountains as it overlooks J Family Equine's horse facilities and the beautiful Monrovian countryside. There is an enclosed back porch where you can sit and listen to the farm animals and enjoy the peaceful feel of the country. There are also local hot springs less than 10 minutes down the road! Guests with dogs will need to abide by my rules for dogs. Message the host for details before booking. No cats allowed.

It is also the perfect place for those going to fish lake, outdoor recreation, sporting events, Snow College south activities, 4th of July celebration, and of course the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree! We are riding distance from the Paiute trail! Come Enjoy your adventures in Sevier County!

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has one bedroom with king size bed and a pull out sofa in the living room. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, camping, fishing, within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but there is a fee of 20$ Please let us know if you bring a pet

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.
