Big and spacious home with tons of room for the family!Very Beautiful Lake Front property right on the lake. 2 kayaks and 1 body board to use at property. Enjoy fishing and swimming off our private dock. This home offers extremely great views from every level of the home. This house is one-of-a-kind!! You need to see it to believe it.

Come , relax, play and enjoy… the camp is a mile south of Richfield Springs and a 15 minute drive to Cooperstown. There are 2 kayaks for our guests to use ( assorted life vest available) as well as a canoe. The fishing is pretty good if you're an enthusiast. The village has eateries with both eat-in or take out. There is also a P&C grocery store, gas stations, post office, laundromat, churches,& Dollar General all conveniently located in town. (woodstove is not available to guests)

2027 Summer Bookings open 10/1, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for schedule. “Allstar Village” schedule does not align with us. The 2027 season is 5/30-8/22/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
