Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. The Boddenbrise vacation home is located in the heart of Ribnitz-Damgarten. With approx. 90 square meters, it can accommodate 4-6 people. We have been delighted to welcome guests since August 2021. On the lower ground floor is the large living room with dining table and unique view of the Bodden, as well as a cozy sofa bed. ​ From the kitchen you come directly into the courtyard of the Boddenbrise. ​ On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom.
