Between ancestral stone walls and evenings by the fire, Let yourself be captivated by the unique soul of this vacation rental. The cottage is equipped with a composting toilet that I clean from the outside every day. To get to the cottage, it's a 5-minute walk, but don't worry if you're not athletic. I'll take care of transporting luggage and people upon arrival and departure. Solar electricity limited to light and charging laptops. Do not bring a hair dryer or fan 😊

Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hobs , fridge with Freezer, electric oven, ...). One  bedroom  equipped with 160x200 beds + umbrella bed (baby kit). Sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed . Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with TNT and WiFi. And a parking space.

Les Cyprès, Heated Pool, Breathtaking View

Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Stone house with Ardèche character at an altitude of 350 m, located in an exceptional setting, with panoramic views and very quiet. In the heart of nature, lined with vines, pines and chestnut trees, our house will enchant your stay. Ideal for hiking, swimming in rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage (swimming pool, barbecue, large game room, etc.). Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

At the "Mas des deux Aygues". Imagine... You wake up to the gentle sound of the Labeaume River, with its direct access and private beaches right at the foot of your accommodation. Choose the perfect place to fish or swim. A gentle and shallow slope for children or a deeper corner and a rock to jump from for the more adventurous... Let yourself be tempted by the water temperature reaching 24°C to 28°C in summer.
