The location is another strong point, being strategic and easy to access. I also highlight the communication with the host, which was always clear, fast and cordial, which contributed significantly to a peaceful stay. I highly recommend the accommodation and would certainly return at a future opportunity.

We stayed with family and friends and enjoyed them apartment very much. It is spacious, well located and comfortable. If you’re looking for a place near the city centre, it may beer a bit far, but easy to reach with Uber for example. The neighbourhood is very live, full of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend the place.

I found the space ideal for short stays, exact as written in the listing description. In addition, the service I had was very good, even good: kind, fast, practical and resolutive. I will definitely return to space when I need to stay in BH. And look, another very positive point: location. I was passionate about the avenue where the previous one is located: a lot of good place to eat, busy, has live music, ice cream shops and some cafes. And has a very cheap bakery next to rs. Two only points that I think deserve attention, but that do not take away the quality of the place: the television, because it locked a lot and turned on when I turned on the air conditioner; and the curtain that does not cover the sunlight much. Return, very nice!

It was an amazing first experience staying with Risia, she was extremely helpful, enlightening and respectful during our communication. The Studio is exactly as pictured, towels and bedding were clean and smelled good. Impeccable space, organized kitchen and stocked with all the utensils that are indispensable for its use. Check in and check out super quiet.

We were very pleased with our stay in Belo Horizonte. The house is extremely organized, clean and faithful to the photos in the description — exactly as we expected. The structure is excellent and offers comfort and practicality in all rooms. The host was very responsive, attentive and flexible, always willing to help and resolve any need quickly and cordially. We feel very welcome all the time of stay. As a suggestion for improvement, we believe that the inclusion of more beds (or bunk beds) would help to optimize the space, especially for larger groups. An additional bathroom would also be welcome. Other than that, we have absolutely nothing to complain about. Congratulations on the organization and the excellent hosting. We recommended and would come back for sure!

The house was a find, as we wanted a space to spend family time and eventually receive family during our visit to Brazil. The house is spacious and allows you to enjoy all the comforts as if you were at home, unlike a hotel where you are just guests. Helder was very attentive and careful during all moments of our stay. Great area to explore Belo Horizonte. The apartment is close to lots of restaurants and shops, with very cheap and easily accessible Uber rides. The room was well air conditioned and we had plenty of space. The only downside was that the hot tub didn’t work, which had been part of our reason for choosing this place.
