Most amenities lie within similarly easy reach, including some amazing stores right next to the apartment. The river is 2 minutes away. _____ GETTING AROUND THE CTY • Bus - There is a bus stop 1 minutes away from the apartment, you can get pretty much anywhere in the city on a low budget • Metro - The nearest metro station is "São Bento" 500 meters up the street • Tram - 10 minutes away there is a tram station to take you to FOZ (the beach) along the river. This is a panoramic trip - TOP! • Parking - The parking spots near the apartment are paid from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. There are parking garages available near the apartment • Boats - By the river you will find a lot of boats that travel up and down all day. Let us know if you want to take a trip! - The best way to get around is by public transportation. Leave the stress of traffic home and enjoy the city by foot! - Beware that there is an elevator in the building but you have to go up 2 flights of stairs before reaching it. - The apartment has a water boiler, if you are taking a shower for longer than 20 minutes, the hot water might start cooling down.

Spacious and Bright Apartment near Fine Arts

The apartment is very bright and spacious and has a large balcony ideal for a magnificent breakfast overlooking the city. The bed (king size 180 × 200 cm) in the main bedroom is magnificent! The apartment is quite spacious and bright, centrally located, a 10-minute walk from the metro station (direct to the airport), the city center and the commercial area (Rua de Santa Catarina). Located a short distance from Sé Catedral and Avenida dos Aliados. The apartment has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower), a living/dining/kitchen room (equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and washing machine), with a pleasant balcony. It is also equipped with a TV with international channels and Internet access. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential neighborhood and has been completely renovated, including the replacement of the windows with high-efficiency windows. Despite this, note that in JUNE throughout the city there are popular festivities and there will probably be some music (noise) until late. When requested, and by appointment, guided city tours can also be arranged. The fine arts district is relaxed and full of life. On the streets, we find students drawing and the typical shops of a neighborhood, filled with fresh products.
