This apartment is 130 m2, divided into 2 common bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a dining room, 2 bathrooms (one of them is en-suite in bedroom 1) and 3 balconies. It has private parking in the building. The apartment faces south, offering excellent views of the city and Funchal Bay. It is close to the center, next to a bakery and not far from restaurants, museums, etc.

Emilie's Place

A nice and new apartment on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance and parking. 5 minutes from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony and also tropical fruits from our garden.
