The house is close to the marina to the east and about 2.5 km from the North Sea beach with its wide white sandy beach and dune-protected areas, where you can enjoy nature and breathe in the fresh air. The apartment is on the first floor, so you have the coolest view of the city. Just down the street is a cafe where you can buy breakfast, brunch and lunch. There is even a kiosk opposite, which is open until 11 p.m. every day of the week. It is a mere 250 meters from the train station to the apartment.

Gården er en gammel slægstgård, som ligger tæt på Ribe, Vikingecentret, Vadehavet, Legoland og skøn jysk natur. Her har generationer boet og opdyrket et hede-landskab, der nu står som agerjord og skov. I dag er gården beboet af Eva og Niels, papegøjerne, hundene, de islandske heste, hønsene og kattene Alicia og Matrosky. Naturen omkring gården inviterer til gode gå- og rideture. Haven er et godt sted for børn, med god plads til leg på gynger, basketball og trampolin. Gården er økologisk.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
