Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Ribaute

Florent's place was perfect for our stay with 3 children. It was clean, tidy... great sea view from the bedroom and living room. Simple, effective... go there without risk thank you to Florent who was responsive.

The whole end to end experience exceeded our expectations. Laure was very responsive to all our questions and provided more information about recommendations of restaurants, bars, supermarkets (anything you may need) including instructions for the the car parking which was only less than 2mins walk, and is free. The apartment was exceptionally comfortable, clean and well equipped with anything you would need. Including washing machines, dryer, dishwasher that you can stay longer period here and feel like home. The location is great, walking distance to all lovely bars, restaurants, cafes and to the castle. If we come back to Carcassonne again will definitely book here.

Marie and Vincent's apartment lacks nothing, it is very well equipped and is located in the best possible place, surrounded by good restaurants, shops of all kinds and is next to the beach. Thank you for the treatment received from you, as you have been very helpful and kind. Impossible to do better!

Second stay in 2 years in the accommodation offered by Isabelle and the pleasure of coming back was still at the rendezvous. We had a great week, in a clean, quality, well decorated accommodation with an ideal view of the beach and sea of Canet. Isabelle was able to adapt to facilitate both our arrival and departure, with kindness and kindness. We are delighted to have chosen Walter and Stéphanie's accommodation. Breathtaking sea view, top amenities: air conditioning, washing machine, etc. Everything you need for cooking: dishes, spices, condiments, etc. (lots of little extras like ice bags, baking paper, fresh water in the fridge, local treats offered). Beautiful sunny terrace all morning and a good part of the afternoon which allows you to enjoy it for a long time. Parking available that allows you to park easily. All this without counting the beauty and calm of the beautiful city of Canet. Many shops, restaurants, beach bars, various activities (the aquarium next door is worth a visit). Communication with the hosts was smooth, fast and very friendly. In short, if the opportunity arises to return, we will not hesitate to choose the accommodation.

We were delighted to stay at Martine's place which is very friendly and very accommodating. The accommodation is very comfortable, very clean, well arranged and decorated. There's nothing missing. We stayed there as part of our bike route on the Canal du Midi and appreciated the proximity to the accommodation and the canal, enjoying a place where we were able to rest well and walk around Roubia very pretty village, quiet, pleasant with a restaurant bar grocery store where we ate very well. Very close to the property, after a day of cycling, it's appreciated! A big thank you to Martine for allowing us to make a nice stop at her place.

Very beautiful apartment and made with good taste. Everything is adapted to our comfort Pleasant bedding The only downside is the parking a little far away but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about it

We had a great time at Paul's house. The views are magnificent, the pool is too. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to retreat if you want. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host was very friendly and always quick to respond to our messages. We also really enjoyed spending time outside, whether on the terrace or by the pool. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

We were absolutely delighted with the property - it really is much better than we anticipated and cannot recommend it highly enough. The communication from the start right through to the check-out was first class. Very helpful and accommodating hosts, so thank you Mimi et al. There was so much space for the 11 of our party and everywhere was clean and spotless and big mention to the quality bedding - that is always so important for a good nights sleep. There are a number of covered areas and terraces, the pool is a great size (with a proper deep end), plenty of sun loungers and places to eat outside on an evening. The village is very quiet, which suited us perfectly, but there is a very good pizza takeaway made with really good quality ingredients. There is also a really nice little Épicerie, which covers just about all bases for day-to-day requirements. All, all the meat and produce is of a very high quality and sourced from the nearby villages. All in all, absolutely perfect!

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable, available, warm and good host for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep fond memories of our stay in Coursan.

We had a great time. The house is superb😻, the accommodation is very well-equipped. The outdoors are pleasant and the environment is peaceful. Alexandra is a very nice and accommodating host. We recommend this place without so much as a second thought.

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We stayed at Gilles's place for the marathon. The accommodation is impeccable, ideally located whether to go to the restaurant or the beach. In addition, the property offers parking and a private space. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time in Leucate-Plage. The place was as described, clean, well-equipped (and even beyond our expectations), and comfortable. It is in a great location, a short walk to the beach, which is perfect for enjoying the seaside. The host was very responsive, the instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. A little more that we particularly appreciated: access to tennis classes nearby. I highly recommend this listing

The place was nice and very clean. The home fragnance scent was a bit strong but feels refreshing every time we went home. Walking distance to good restos, nice area to bike and walk too. We thought it would be annoying since the aircon is controlled virtually but in the end, he just programmed it the way we wanted. Thanks for the free cocktail as well! 😉

A very nice accommodation, very comfortable, quiet, a large bathroom with washing machine and dryer, nature right in front of the front door, a small terrace with barbecue, actually very attractive.

Eric is a very responsive host with very clear and comprehensive instructions. We easily found the apartment, a little manipulation to pick up the badge and come back but it's just a detail. Eric told us to take photos and report what was wrong, and it was taken into account. Always very responsive and cordial communication. The location of the apartment and being able to do everything on foot is really ideal. Leucate pontoon less than 10 min walk. Absolute calm, superb harbor views. A little extra: board games, our children really enjoyed it 🙂 We were even able to stay a little longer thanks to Eric's permission, which allowed us to eat quietly before we could get back on the road.
