Patio doors from the lounge open onto a side garden where you can enjoy BBQs, and in the garden behind there are views of Bala lake and mountains. There's a kingsize bed upstairs + a kingsize sofa bed downstairs to sleep four.

The carthouse is a studio ground floor apartment adjacent to our 18th century farmhouse. It presents a comfortable and contemporary living space, ideal for short breaks. Accommodation comprises a double bedroom, en suite shower and wc, an open plan living area, with tv, kitchen and dining area. Outside patio with wonderful mountain views. Parking space and secure lock up for bikes. 10 min drive from the mountain bike centre, 3 miles from nearest town and a 20 min drive to the nearest beach.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Rhydwen, is located in a tucked away corner of the village close to the footpath to Aran Fawddwy on the banks of Afon Twrch. The cottage offers a perfect retreat for those looking for a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area. The semi-detached cottage offers open plan kitchen, living and dining area with underfloor heating and a cosy log burner. It has two bedrooms and can sleep a total of three people. There is a private garden to the side with seating.

With amazing views over the valley, you can just sit back and enjoy the natural world around you. If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away.
