Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. A short walk away, the village of Whitney-on-Wye offers a riverside pub, canoeing and gourmet shop/café. Walking paths weave through the property and are easily accessible. In addition to numerous area activities including hiking and canoeing, the estate offers salmon fishing beats which are available for guests.

Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.

It has stunning views of the Black Mountains and across Herefordshire, with the Malvern Hills visible in the distance on a clear day.
