We stayed in this apartment for the second time and are totally satisfied again. The location is unbeatable and the apartment itself is a dream. There was everything you needed and the view of the sea was just beautiful. We will be happy to come back.

The place was clean, nice and comfortable. You can park in front of the house and walk everywhere in the town. There were enough bed sheets and towels for each person. Kitchen was fully equipped with even Turkish coffee machine, coffee and sugar. It was a very lovely experience and I fully recommend this place.

hello, Gianni is a wonderful and friendly host. The items in the house are new and clean. There was more than enough of everything we needed. We also thank you for the breakfast items in the refrigerator. (If I wasn't depressed because my credit card was copied, I could have enjoyed this house better.)

My mother and I (77&48 years) are already at this property for the 2nd time and will prefer them again when visiting Alexandroupoli again. The location is perfect, the view just great! You are right in the center with all the tavernas, cafes and bars. For the rental car, there is a secured parking space directly opposite in the harbor. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend the apartment.

If you are planning on booking this apartment you just have already checked the surroundings and activities around. So my two cents is just go for it. Maria was helpful in many ways. Check-in was effortless. Private parking was great. Even the neighbor lady next door smiled a kalimera to us. We had a great stay and I’m sure you will too!

Quiet neighborhood with easy parking. The studio is clean, organized with all the essentials and tidy. It served the needs of my own and my dog's stay. I will definitely choose it again!

The place was super clean, ultra-modern, full equipped, and great. It's right next to the central square however the apartment was very quiet. The host is very friendly, kind, and understandable. Anytime I called him for various information he responded immediately and willingly. I will definitely choose the same accommodation when I find myself in Komotini again.

Great and spacious place

The apartment is fully equipped with everything imaginable in all its rooms. Everything is clean and well-maintained! There were even tablecloths for young and old, pay TV, umbrella in case of rain and beach umbrella, cold water in the fridge, food in the cupboards, and various types of coffee. The sofa beds are very comfortable. I will definitely stay again when I visit Alexandroupoli again!

It was very convenient location,close to the center, easy to use space with all the necessities, clean and tidy.

Probably the best Airbnb we have experienced. From all the Airbnbs I've been to in various countries, this was the most professionally maintained apartment. The place was located perfectly and the apartment was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly meticulously clean. I think the little things at Airbnb go a long way, right full stock of tissue and towel paper, garbage bins, full sets of towels, and such. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. The only two points that were not perfect was the early check out time and the small second bed. We don't usually travel as a group of 4 people and didn't know what to expect so when we saw this place can accomodate 4 people we assumed the pull out couch would be large enough; however, the pull out couch was really just a single bed at most. At the end, we found a way to be comfortable and enjoy the experience. All the positives outweigh the small hiccups, and this will definitely be our go to place when we visit Alexandroupoli

Paschalis is an extremely nice host. She was extremely kind and helpful in all the processes. The location of the house was in the center of the city, right behind the main street. It was close to all the shopping and eating places. The house is spotless and very useful. There is a room with two large double beds. There is also a check yacht in the living room. You can stay with peace of mind.

Very clean new and shiny and brilliant..

there is a strong smell of humidity at the entrance of the apartment, but the interior of the house was spacious and clean. The location is central. It was also a nice advantage to have a balcony. Thank you for everything🌺

Orion house was great with its location, having our car parking was a great advantage. It is preferable to go anywhere on foot. We had a nice stay experience with clean,enough equipment as it appears in the pictures. The weather was nice for April and the air conditioning was quite enough. Thanks to all the team...

The day before the stay, Dimitris contacted us. He asked us to let us know when he crossed the border and said he would wait for us. We found the address easy with navigation. When we arrived, Dimitris was also waiting for us. He handed over the key. He showed the location of the electrical panel, the location of the items in the kitchen, the location of the extra beds and sheets. It was friendly. There was a slight smell when we first entered the house, but when we ventilated a little and turned on the air conditioners, there was no smell. The house is duplex. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is air conditioning on both floors and they work very well. The neighborhood where the house was located was nice. Quiet place close to the bazaar. The main street was 3-4 minutes easy walk away. We easily found a place to leave our car on the street. It was really great for us. Dimitris was complete and quick to answer my questions. A house where I may want to stay again when I come back to Alexandria. I saw a few bad comments in the comments, but I think it was exaggerated. Thank you Dimitris
