Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. Ideally located, 25 minutes from Bresse and its large ski area and 10 minutes from Gérardmer, its lake and many activities (downhill/cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking...), you will enjoy a relaxation area and exceptional views of the Honneck massif from the spacious covered terrace equipped with a barbecue.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Lô-Bin-Ïa, a cottage in harmony with nature.

We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.
