The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Voici leur histoire… Un corps de ferme attenant à cet appartement. En effet, ce lieu, était une étable auparavant, Il y avait des vaches, des cochons, de la paille à même le sol. Individual guest house on Gut Neuwerk

The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. On the ground floor is the kitchen with dining area and fireplace, one bedroom and a large bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The 1st floor consists of a loft-like studio with a large window front, in which there is another double bed. There is also another fireplace, a grand piano and a large corner couch.

In the stable – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

The old barn was renovated in early 2018 with tradition and modernity. An ideal stop for a tourist stay in Alsace. Two comfortable bedrooms and a sofa bed allow us to accommodate up to 6 people. To relax, a sauna and family pool are available. Osthoffen is a wine village located on the outskirts of Strasbourg. 15 minutes is enough to get to the city center or the airport. Restored with love... Enjoy a leap into the cold Maar (30m), a sundown at the castle (80 m), hiking, cycling or visit the famous Nürburgring (18 km).
