Monthly Rentals in Rhine-Neckar Metropolitan Region

We had a wonderful monthly stay at Anja and Jurgen’s clean and cozy apartment. The unit is located in a residential neighborhood, yet it was really convenient to travel around using public transportation. The nearest bus stop is less than a five-minute walk away, and buses generally arrive every 20 minutes. Schwetzingen is a quaint town, and it was very easy to visit nearby popular destinations like Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Eppingen, etc. using the Deutschlandticket. For those considering an extended stay, the apartment kitchen is well-equipped, and it’s possible to walk to a few supermarkets and bakeries within a 15-minute radius. We highly recommend others to visit Anja and Jurgen.

I travel a lot, this was by far the best airbnb ratio price to standard and standard itself that I had the chance to stay at. Really good, would recommend to anyone!

I would say it's the most enjoyable and efficient AirBnb experience I've had so far. Absolutely peaceful and quiet neighborhood. This allowed me to focus comfortably on my doctoral research. Eduard had even thought of the finest details and there was nothing missing in the house. It literally created the perfect living space for the guest. Although the area is outside the city, the bus transportation is very practical and comfortable. I recommend to all with peace of mind. I will definitely choose Eduard's house for my future arrival!

A great place to stay in a fantastic location! I and my 2.5-year-old son felt very comfortable with Michael and his wife. The place was super clean, you have your own area and when we met we were always happy and had a very nice conversation. We will definitely be back :)
