The "Balthasar Ress Guesthouse" is the guest house of the renowned Balthasar Ress winery in the Rheingau. Primarily designed for the winery's own guests, it is also sometimes available to other guests. The architect's house is located in the "Rebhang" settlement, one of the most exclusive and beautiful residential areas in the Rheingau wine-growing region. We are delighted to offer you our newly equipped apartment. It is located in our two-family house, in a quiet residential area in Mainz-Bretzenheim. You can reach your cozy accommodation via a separate entrance. Our house is 300 meters from the bus stop to the city center, which can be reached in seven minutes. The university campus is just 800 m away, as is the stadium. The university hospital can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. Very good highway connection, Frankfurt/Airport

We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. The house sports several bathrooms, toilets, a complete kitchen, Sat-TV, WLAN, a fireplace, a big conference room and 3 sleeping rooms for up to 8 people. The surrounding is very quiet. Air condition in two rooms. No smoking inside the house.

Discover the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Middle Rhine Valley on foot, by boat, by bike, climb and visit castles. Afterwards, relax with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Rhine. Between Bingen and Koblenz lies the enchanting Bacharach and above it the district of Neurath. You can see Stahleck Castle and Lorch Castle and turn into the premium Rheinburgenweg hiking trail right outside the front door for fantastic hikes.

Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Our treehouse near the forest on park-like property offers everything your heart desires. We have set up a comfortable, heated, queen-size air bed (203 x 152 cm) and provide you with bed linen. You have access to an outdoor kitchen with gas grill and swivel grill on an open fire, sink and gas stove. There is light, electricity, and wifi. Sleeping in our tree house is like sleeping under the open sky, except that you don't get wet :-)
