In addition to the particularly convenient location (Train connection in the village/ 250 m from the property/ highway in 5 km) in Odendorf there is an Aldi/ Edeka/ post office/ pharmacy/ gas station/ Rossmann/ restaurant/ bakery/ doctors & a garage. Odendorf is located between Rheinbach & Euskirchen in the Voreifel & is regionally a wonderful starting point for visits to Bonn, Cologne, Brühl, Phantasialand & the Eifel.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der schönen Voreifelstadt Rheinbach und befindet sich nur 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von den Weinbergen im Ahrtal, im Dreieck des Freizeitparks "Phantasialand" und der Therme Euskirchen (Fahrtzeit ca. 15 min). Den Bahnhof mit Verbindungen nach Köln und Bonn erreichst Du zu Fuß in ca. 5 min.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. Relax in our special and quiet accommodation! The newly furnished apartment for up to 4 people with about 60 square metres is distributed over two floors. To be highlighted are a fully equipped kitchen, TV, sofa bed, large panoramic windows, a cosy box spring bed, the private terrace with outdoor seating and ample customer parking spaces. The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

Cozy 2-room apartment - 60 m² - with south-facing terrace

Located in the countryside and yet close to Bonn and Cologne, about 60 m2, private entrance, in addition about 15 m2 south terrace on a large garden with old trees. The apartment is equipped with two large rooms, integrated kitchen , hallway and bathroom. The use of the apartment's own sauna is possible for a small fee. Use of the garden is possible by arrangement. Please note that due to the proximity to the garden, an insect can also get lost in the apartment.

Relaxing country vacation in the Siebengebirge or pleasant business stay in our beautiful, bright studio apartment (approx. 50 m²) in a quiet environment with separate entrance and outdoor seating. The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The walk from the “Ahrweiler Markt” train station to the apartment takes 5 minutes.
