Welcome to the lovingly renovated apartment of our 250-year-old half-timbered house. It offers cozy half-timbered charm + modern amenities. For hiking | cycling tours through the beautiful countryside, forests + meadows as well as attractive excursion destinations are right outside the door. Nearby (3 km) are shops + restaurants that offer German + international cuisine. For shopping, sightseeing or for trade fair visitors, Cologne is within easy reach thanks to the excellent connection to the highway + public transport.

The property was newly opened in January 23. The amenities are cozy & modern. In addition to the particularly convenient location (Train connection in the village/ 250 m from the property/ highway in 5 km) in Odendorf there is an Aldi/ Edeka/ post office/ pharmacy/ gas station/ Rossmann/ restaurant/ bakery/ doctors & a garage. Odendorf is located between Rheinbach & Euskirchen in the Voreifel & is regionally a wonderful starting point for visits to Bonn, Cologne, Brühl, Phantasialand & the Eifel.

In the immediate vicinity of the Rhine (5 min) and directly in the center of Bonn, my modern apartment is located in the heart of the Beuel district, in a quiet side street. You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Surrounded by green areas overlooking the Siebengebirge & the Petersberg - yet close to the city & the Rhine for walking and sunbathing. During your stay, you should not want for anything. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.
