This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Casa Villa is a tiny home ( park model) 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It feels so spacious, it’s surprising! One bedroom with a queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room. Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊

This cottage is located on a wooded 15 acre private secluded estate. Plenty of wildlife and deer abound with a pond. It is located 35 minutes to downtown columbus and 35 minutes to hocking hills and Old mans cave area. It is adjacent to the main house (approx 100’) but guests have access to the property.
