Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Nestled on the south slope of the Pic du Canigou, Mas Lou Poun is an ancient stone Catalan farmhouse. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.

House on 3 sides, including fully equipped American kitchen (oven, multi-function microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee, etc.) living room/living room (60 m2), 2 bedrooms (1x 1.60 cm on the ground floor + 1x 1.40 cm upstairs under slope). 2 terraces (West and East). Bathroom and separate toilet. Aldi and LIDL 5 minutes away. Argelès-sur-Mer, Collioure, Canet... (Côte Vermeille) and Spain (Perthus, Figueres...) to 30... 5 minutes from the cures of Amelie-les baths and 10 minutes from Céret.

we are in the "Alta Garrotxa" , an area of outstanding natural beauty. Situated in the North east of "Catalunya". Perfect for hiker's and cyclists. For visiting medieval villages and towns, the volcanic area of the Garrotxa , Girona city, the Mediterranean sea, great local food. Hiking and cycling routes are varied and offer different levels of difficulty. Our house is good for people who want to reconnect with nature, do sport. For couples, families and friends to get together .

Gîte

Completely renovated old barn, in the heart of the village of Reynes, you will find calm and serenity, enjoy the surrounding nature! Perched at the top of the village, you will take a fairly narrow road after the town hall and cemetery to arrive at the parking space right in front of the cottage. Only 10/15 min. drive from Céret, Amélie Les Bains. 40 min. from the coast. The accommodation does not currently have Wi-Fi (coming soon), but the phone network is good.

Vintage apartment, hiking and relaxation

Our village is 10 minutes by car from Céret, a city of painters with its famous modern art museum. The apartment is quiet, the road is used only by residents living higher up. The apartment is completely independent, but I live on the first floor and am at your disposal if you need me. The walls are very thick, which makes the accommodation pleasantly cool in summer. Cleaning fee €40 upon request. Not suitable for children under 12 years old.

A nice Ibiza-style house on the Costa Brava

Between the sea and the mountains, this large 55 m² loft offers total immersion in nature. The studio is ideally equipped for two people but can be combined with the cabin for 3 or more people. In a garden spanning over one hectare, you can enjoy the swimming pool, the bamboo grove bordered by a stream, the warm water spring, and numerous hiking trails. 7 minutes from shops, 10 minutes from Céret, and 30 minutes from the sea.
