There is an outdoor area in front of the house and behind it. The apartment is situated just 4 minutes drive from the airport, 15-20 mín from the blue Lagoon and 40-50 min drive from the capital.

The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and an intermediate size of a child's bed.
