A stylish apartment close to Blue Lagoon, Keflavik Airport and not at least Keflavik city. It`s a 30 minutes drive from down town Reykjavik. The apartmet are 94 m2 and newly renovated with all new furniture, including washing machine, diswasher, Nespresso machine and much more. You should really have it all in this apartment, but please make sure to be familiar with the fact that you need to help out keeping the apartment tidy. Fallegur staður og mikið fuglalíf. Æðarvarp rétt við húsið og hægt að fá leiðsögn um varpið. Stórt kríuvarp á svæðinu. Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)

Ground floor apartment. Our goal is that everything is clean, safe and comfortable for our guests. The location is excellent. Peaceful street, but still we are in the town center within walking distance to everything. And very close to the airport (7 min driving)! Private parking for one car is on the left side of the house. There is also spacious parking lot at the back side of the house, access from Hafnargata (main street)

Our house is next to the geo thermal swimming-pool, close to supermarket and only a 5 minutes walk from down town Keflavík where you can find restaurants and all kinds of stores. It's a 15 minutes drive from the Blue Lagoon and 30 minutes drive from Reykjavík.
