Monthly Rentals in Reykjanesbær

A unique holiday destination. The house was simple & lovely. Clean & warm too. It served as a great base to visit many of the things Iceland has to offer. I thought it was very good value. The owner even organised some good weather for us!

We rented Data Dokker and she made it! Despite the lack of 4-wheel drive, we reached all the highlights of our trip without any problems. We visited the Golden Circle, the entire south coast, and drove up to the volcano - everywhere without any trouble getting there (month of March). The parking heater worked flawlessly, and it was even too hot at times. Autko with a manual box, which made it easy to travel around Iceland's diverse area. Mattress and blanket clean, soft, flawless. We recommend it with a clear conscience!

The apartment is huge, even bigger than it appears in pictures. It was clean and a convenient location, just a short drive from the airport. We had a late arriving flight and our nighttime check in was easily accommodated. We had a great experience.

Palina was a great host, our guests were very happy to stay here. We did have some issues & confusion at check out (misunderstanding with our guests) but Palina was very understanding kind enough to let us book another night to cover the costs of this and any additional cleaning required from the number of guests and length of stay. We would definitely recommend Palina as a host and are grateful for her understanding with the issues.
