Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Retiro

A casa alem de bem localizada é muito espaçosa e todos os ambientes são muito bem equipados, a piscina aquecida fica em uma temperatura excelente e conseguimos usar todos os dias mesmo com o frio da cidade.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

We had a fantastic stay at Seb and Victoria’s home in Buenos Aires! The house itself is beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and the fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home—even if we didn’t quite master Argentine grocery shopping (tip for Americans: plan ahead and map out local markets). Communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish: they were friendly, flexible about check-in (we arrived at 11:00 AM local time) and check-out, and even arranged for a housekeeper to greet us. The location was ideal—walking distance to shops, cafés, and several wonderful plazas—but as of June 2025, there’s major construction happening both across the street and next door. The noise never really bothered us during the day, but the site across the street isn’t exactly a pretty view. Of course, there’s nothing Seb and Victoria can do about that, and it will be completed eventually, but it’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to construction.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

An artistic dream home! The space has a warmth and comfort that inspires creativity and peace. The architectural design is unique and flows well, with high ceilings and angular richness, that creates an expansive feel - pictures don't do justice! Kitchen was great for cooking daily meals, the living area for chilling and playing music, the desk area/office nook upstairs was perfect for working, and the bedroom and bed were super comfortable. The top deck is huge and filled with plants (as is the inside!)...creates a vibrant living green feeling. Having the second bathroom downstairs just adds to how livable this space is. Now, for the art - THE ART! Pablo is a brilliant artist, and his pieces are throughout the space. It feels like a living gallery, which just adds to the aura. And the best part, Dolores & Pablo both are incredibly kind souls. I spent a month here, and have stayed in 100 airbnbs over the years, and this is definitely one of the best for living well. Elegimos el alojamiento por las buenas reseñas de Wilson y estamos más que felices de haberlo hecho. Es un excelente anfitrión, siempre pendiente de lo que se llegara a necesitar, ayudando cuando era necesario, y dando muy buenos consejos y tips para moverse en la ciudad. Además el departamento estaba impecable al llegar. Muy recomendado!

Angie- очень приветливая, пунктуальная и ответственная хозяйка. Заселение и выезд прошли в согласованное время, без ожиданий. Когда понадобился ремонт плиты- техник пришел быстро, через 3 часа после нашей заявки. Локация удобная, шума от дороги нет. До супермаркета 5 минут. Рядом выезд на проспект, нет проблем с транспортом. Пешком можно дойти ло исторического центра Recoleto. В целом хороший вариант для размещения

A Cecilia é uma ótima anfitriã e o local é incrível, perto de tudo, com metro a alguns passos do apartamento. É a terceira vez que visitamos Buenos Aires e ficamos no espaço, com certeza nas próximas vezes ficaremos no mesmo local.

I was drawn to Mario and Ines’ place by the lovely pictures and corresponding excellent reviews, and even with that, it exceeded expectations. Mario is a lovely, caring host who want nothing more than his guests to apart,ent and Buenos Aires. From lovely touches, including fresh fruit and flowers, hot coffee, and a bottle of outstanding wine, it is clear that this is a next level experience. All of his recommendations in his thoughtfully curated guidebook were spot on, and when I asked him to please keep them coming, he struck the perfect balance of providing outstanding information and respecting his guests’ privacy. Clearly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had and I enjoyed it so much that I changed my reservation elsewhere and will return later in the week.

La verdad que todo lo que se promoción del depto es tal cual, comodo , impecable de limpio , la zona muy tranquila y con restaurantes , panaderías y supermercados a 100 mts . Zona muy tranquila y segura La anfitriona muy pendiente de todo muy a gusto con todo. FELICITACIONES !!!!!

Excelente estancia en el Lumiflat. Abraham super atento todo el tiempo. Quiero destacar la tranquilidad del depto, super silencioso. Ideal para ir a trabajar o despejar en armonia teniendo acceso a varios restaurantes en la zona que es muy segura. Volveria sin dudas pero a pasar mas dias!

Our experience was excellent. The apartment is in an excellent location, very safe and near to restaurants, shopping, busses, etc. Well kept apartment, neat and tidy. You will find all the accommodations you need. Very easy to check-in and check-out. Totally recommendable.

The place was very comfortable, had everything I needed for the night I stayed. Well located, walkable to restaurants and really close to the nightlife of downtown Buenos Aires. But still the flat was quiet and I could relax. Above all, the place was impeccable; sparkling clean. Honestly of the highest standards I’ve experienced in my airbnb “tenure”. Uriel and his team were helpful and responsive. I recommend 100%.

Muy buena experiencia, la verdad es que Jorge y Betty han sido muy atentos en todo, nos explicaron y aconsejaron de acuerdo a lo que les consultamos, el lugar es ideal ya que está en una zona donde hay de todo, la verdad que si tenemos la posibilidad de volver no dudo que me hospedaría de nuevo en el mismo lugar

La verdad todo excelente, limpio, ordenado, cómodo. Había ropa de cama suficiente, tv funcionaba perfectamente al igual que la conexión. Fácil de entrar, sea con llave o código. Amenitties en el baño, secador de pelo. Las instrucciones eran claras, seguridad en el edificio, ascensor, todo ok. Camas cómodas, había almohadas extra por las dudas. Impecable todo, Graciela siempre respondió rápidamente. Volveremos!

La estadía espectacular. Es la segunda vez que me quedo y volvería siempre. La ubicación es excelente, con una hermosa vista. El departamento tal cual la descripción, muy limpio y ordenado, con todas las comodidades. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy buena y amable. Recomiendo 100%.
