The complex comprises 5 maisonettes, which they share a heated swimming pool, a small fitness room with steam bath, spacious barbecue area, a traditional cafe and many courtyards. However each one has also its own balcony, courtyard or roof terrace. Each maisonette has one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, fully equipment kitchen with dinning area and a living room, where can accommodate2 extra persons at the couch - bed.

The "vista del porto" is ideally located for those who wish to have direct contact with the history and culture of the place, as the suites are located in the Venetian port, overlooking the Egyptian Lighthouse and the Cretan Sea. Our building dates back to the 16th century, when the Venetians ruled Rethymno. It was renovated in 2020 with high quality construction materials, keeping its historical significance and glamour intact.

The apartments are located in the old town of Chania, 30 meters from Neoria and 300 meters from the center. They are fully equipped and furnished for a pleasant and comfortable stay. They have a fully equipped kitchen. are equipped with an alarm system, have wi fi and a small private pool . Visitors can use the shuttle to and from the airport with the mini bus of the business (small extra charge).
