Very happy with my family to be able to visit this place, we would definitely come back.

The stay was more than satisfactory. The place is very cozy and spacious. It is accessible from the highway and is close to the shopping mall. Given the climate in the area, it's amazing that they have A/C. We are delighted, and I'm sure my family and I will return, God willing.

Truely and ideal place to stay if you want somewhere convenient, safe, and quiet especially for a foreigner the home is located in a private neighborhood with small markets and a community pool at walkable distance and 20 minute drive from xocomil park. Cristian is a great host who went above and beyond by leading us to the Airbnb when our maps were unable to locate it. Definitely will be booking again!

Super accommodation, everything as described and left nothing to be desired, quiet location and somewhat secluded but central enough to see a lot in the area. I was there to work and could always switch off well after work. I'd love to come back.

Everything was great except the air conditioning, it never cooled. It is close to campero and feels safe, it also has parking.

The place matches the description, Ana's service was great, very attentive with clear instructions. There was noise at night because there was an activity in the center. The rest, very nice.

We loved Kristal's place! It has everything you need to feel comfortable and safe during your visit. The place is super nice and is everything it promises in the photos. The girl named Ashley is the best, we liked her very much and she provides excellent support for everything you need. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to IRTRA. The only recommendation for Kristal would be if the mango tree issue could be kept "under control", since they generate a very strong smell at the exit of the house. In addition, it causes the parking lot to fill with flies, which eventually enter the house and cars. Leaving this detail aside, 100% recommended to stay here! Although you do have to travel about 12-15 minutes to get to IRTRA, the experience of staying here is totally worth it :)!!

We stayed at Casa Escobar while sharing a magnificent time at Xetulul and with friends in San Sebastian. I give a good ABNB review with confidence the host(s) will get a handle on a couple of issues (mentioned later). With everything available to cook that we needed, we prepared a couple big meals for friends. Refrigerator, washer and dryer functioned pretty well. With beautiful little park settings, stream, pool, barbaque, and picnic settings nearby, I enjoyed the environment. Air conditioning apperatus in the two bedrooms helped with the heat and humidity. Much apreciated, Anix corresponded cordially and helped with any and all questions. Due to Guatemala's environment, insects sometimes challenge otherwise good stay conditions. Anix worked to mitigate the issue. Enjoying an amazing Semana Santa, we spent a week in the area.

Accommodation in a very quiet area, safe neighborhood, with garage, 15 minutes from everything downtown Xela. Cecilia is very friendly at all times. Recommended.

A fantastic place to stay in Xela, a fully equipped apartment, nice and spacious and in a secure private courtyard. The owners are very kind and helpful and the place has a great vibe. The wifi is very strong and reliable and perfect for working online. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything is clean, the house is very nice and the service is excellent. We only had a water leak in the kitchen but nothing that affected the stay. Apart from that, everything was totally fine.

This place is truly amazing! A beautiful, peaceful sanctuary upon the lake! The view is incredible, the staff are wonderful and kind! The restaurant is perfect! We loved taking out paddleboard. I could not recommend more!

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

This condo is great! it has an amazing view of the lake. You have all needed in the apartment. There is a restaurant downstairs which has great local food and great prices. would love to come back!
