Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Reseda, Los Angeles

We had a very peaceful stay overlooking Woodland Hills. The home was convenient to our activities just to the east. While we were at the house, we took advantage of the terrific deck and the surrounding hiking trails. The house had everything we needed for our short stay.

We enjoyed the stay. It is at a quite street but great location, very convenient to get on highway and go around. We stayed here for visiting universal studio and it is only a 10min drive without traffic, so great location. The house is very clean, love the yard and patio as well.

After having 2 reservations cancelled by other hosts, we found Janet's place. We were so happy this worked out. Everything was exactly as described. The place was clean and perfect for a family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet. A few things may have made the stay more convenient such as reusable bags for shopping, a cooler and other little items such as sugar. The propane in the fire table did not work, but this wasn't a bother. I would recommend Janet's place and would stay again if we're in the area.

This home has so much character. The 70s-inspired design is super fun and unique, and the space was perfect for our group of five. It felt spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub setup really made the stay—it felt like our own private retreat. Plus, the neighborhood was quiet, safe, and peaceful, which made it easy to relax. Dicle was equally great. They shared thoughtful recommendations, were responsive whenever we had questions, and even had someone come out quickly when the hot tub wasn’t heating up properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—everything was handled smoothly and with care. Would 100% stay here again. It’s a perfect spot for a chill, fun getaway with friends or family.

This place was great! He must live there because every detail was chosen meticuously. We appreciated that in comparison to the corporate run Airbnb we stayed in last time that cut every corner possible. The views of sunrise and sunset were breathtaking. Furniture was in pristine condition. The whole thing felt very clean and crisp. Very comfortable.

My stay at Daniel’s AirBnb was very nice! The location is perfect and close to so many West Hollywood bars, restaurants, etc. the AirBnb itself has an amazing patio area with TVs, fire place, and a jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Loved staying at Anja’s place, beautiful home matched the pictures. Pool was perfect for the kids, game room was great addition, loved the open kitchen the house was clean and spacious. We had a wonderful stay the area was quiet a lot of stores and food close by. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!!!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Tamir's place! Tamir was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and friendly, providing seamless check-in and check-out instructions that made our arrival and departure a breeze. The house itself was impeccably clean, truly the cleanest rental we've ever experienced in the city, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic amenities, from lively games of pool to letting the kids play freely in the spacious front and back yards. The unexpected bonus of a wet sauna was a delightful surprise that added an extra touch of luxury to our relaxing getaway. One more thing - there is no large dining table, so you have to be creative to do the family dining together :)

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

Great place. Plenty of room for our family if 8. Loved the little extras ( snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels). Not far from all the tourist attractions. Community was very quiet.

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and had the most stunning views. The host was brilliant—super friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough. Already thinking about when I can come back!

Great place in a very residential neighborhood in the middle of the San Fernando Valley. Takes about an hour to get down to LA/Santa Monica so keep that in mind. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the outdoor living area. Kitchen is nice and open. If you like to avoid Teflon for cooking, bring your own pans. Would recommend for a nice stay in the valley.

We had a great stay at Stephen's place. It has a fabulous view, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. But the best part is the pool and hot tub!

I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. I mean, if I could give Shawn 10 stars I would. He really made us feel so comfortable and at home. The house so beautiful and really clean!!!! Finding a rental in this area of Los Angeles is very rare. It’s near where my daughter and her family live so we could walk there every day without having to hire an Uber or Lyft. Plus the area is quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet spot. It’s surrounded by houses but the unit still felt private. There was an issue with the hot tub when I arrived but the owner was quick to respond and took care of it right away. Would definitely recommend!

What a cool place! Kagel Canyon is so close, yet feels world's away from the frantic pace of LA. The house is great - and you quickly get used to the canyon's winding roads to a parking spot right at the gate to the property. Host Vic is very responsive - when we had one issue the first evening, he was there in less than 10 minutes to correct it. He and his co-host are dedicated to making improvements to create a perfect guest experience - even brought over a new table & chairs for the patio while we were there. Kagel Canyon may be further away from downtown LA & Hollywood, but has a similar vibe to Laurel and Topanga canyons, legendary hangouts of the late 60's. Quirky and interesting homes amongst the giant trees - fun to stroll the streets even if there's alot of up and down hiking. Especially enjoyed hiking up the trail from nearby Veranda Dr. - 360° views down into the canyon and into the mountains. Very quickly felt at home - a perfect respite from a very busy city. 5 stars!

If you live in LA and looking to get out of the hustle and bustle without going far, this is perfect location. Not even an hour from me and it felt like i was in a different country. Very romantic and peaceful. There is no TV which is supposed to be the point, but at the end of it I was watching a movie on my laptop on the beyond cozy bed. The cedar hot tub was beyond amazing also. Late night I was worried about getting Postmates, but there were so many places that delivered there (we had to drive down to the main gate to meet the driver, which was its own good time also. So no complaints) Highly recommend this to anyone

Such a unique and wonderful experience! I was amazed at how comfortable the bed was. The Cedar hot tub was the highlight of my stay. Sitting on the deck at night looking up at the stars was just so peaceful. I loved everything about Ardie’s place.
