The bright Sonnendeck apartment, completed in 2018, is located on the 2nd floor with balcony, 2 bedrooms (double bed 1.60 m wide, bunk bed 1.40 m wide, 90 cm in the upper bed), a master bathroom and a small toilet. An elevator is available. The beautiful sandy beach (approx. 5 min.) and the harbor at Salzhaff (approx. 10 min.) are within walking distance, as well as a wide selection of restaurants, an EDEKA and Netto.

The very tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the Leuchtturm residence. The modern living/dining area leads directly onto the large south/west terrace with garden furniture and awning. The sofa bed in the living area is suitable for 1 person. The spacious open kitchen is equipped with every technical comfort. The bedroom with a box spring bed offers you a relaxing night's sleep. The very chic bathroom has a spacious floor-level shower. We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with a large terrace. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a house that was built around 1900 in the spa style. The charming house is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort of Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is only 100 meters to the beach, which leads through a small coastal protection grove, so that you can already hear the sea rushing while having breakfast on the terrace.

Ferienwohnung am Ostseekino

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our 42 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor in a villa built in the 1920s and completely renovated in 2017/18. We have furnished the apartment with classic design pieces, beautiful details, and exquisite books. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a full kitchen and underfloor heating. For 2 guests, the apartment is ideal, but a child can also sleep in the youth bed of the small room. On the terrace, you can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with the morning sun.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Our exclusive vacation apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream vacation. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.

Schulzenhof-Woest - Vacation home

On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
