Edgard and his wife's house is sensational. Very well distributed and pleasant. Spacious rooms, clean and fragrant linens, a super clean house and an incredible gourmet area, with a beautiful view. The sunrise I saw there was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. I highly recommend it!

While a few updates could help better match the price point, nothing took away from the quality of our stay. The big difference was the waterfall. In addition to being easy to access is beautiful! Home with all utensils, comfortable and clean space. The quiet place for those who like quiet, even sharing the space with other chalets, we had no problem. Super cool pool area with a beautiful view! Both Cleide and Luiz were extremely requested and always quick to respond!

My stay was excellent! The place is exactly as shown in the photos – clean, organized and very welcoming. The host was super attentive and made everything ready for the experience to be perfect. A special highlight is the cook Cidinha, who is wonderful and prepared delicious food during the stay. I had no complaints, only compliments. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Our stay at the address was very quiet and Nadia was always ready to serve us. The house is very cozy and fresh, which was great as it was getting quite hot during our stay. The address is very close to the center of the city, we went and returned on foot whenever we needed, although there was no sidewalk on the street, it was very quiet. Great place for those looking for peace and quiet. We were greeted by the host of the house, the kitten Fubá, who was with us throughout our entire stay, very cute. It is not a place for those who do not like animals, besides the cat, we received visits from dogs, squirrels and many spiders, which was good, as there were almost no pernilongos. The only point of attention is the parking lot, we had a bit of difficulty in getting out with the car.

The stay in Serra Negra was excellent. The house is wonderful, spacious and private for those who go with several families, as all rooms have a private bathroom (except 1). In the common spaces, there are several areas to enjoy with everyone. The kitchen is extremely equipped with everything (and even more) that you need. The hostess was kind enough to anticipate and leave a fireplace kit, since it was cold. The care and beauty of the garden was a detail that made a difference. The location of the house is also perfect.

Rafael is an excellent host, he helped us by sending all the information relevant to our stay, friendly, helped us with tips on tourism, restaurants, etc. The house was clean, well organized, good bathrooms, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking, in short, we felt at home. If I return to Monte Verde, I will definitely stay in this house again and I will not hesitate to recommend it to friends who go there.

A century-old house, quiet place, close to the market and downtown Amparo, Host always responds quickly, the caretaker who received us is a 1000! Old house with period furniture, comfortable beds, extremely clean bedding, good kitchen, the only thing missing was a roasting pan, very nice place with enormous potential, you can improve the barbecue area, with a sink and water support, also a hot tub or small pool will make all the difference to complete the experience, I will definitely be back, great cost benefit for those who want to live a few days in a farmhouse, I see comments about cleanliness, they need to understand that it is a big house that is closed, it is not about “Dirt” on the contrary the house is clean, but rather leaves and normal dust of a house in the interior, birds and monkeys are a lot, especially in the barbecue area, I liked it and I will return, the upper part of the house is closed but the bottom is huge and accommodates very well, it was worth the experience.

With kindness and cordiality, he also gave us tips about the city and was available to answer our questions about the house! The atmosphere of the house, perfect! Everything properly arranged, organized and clean! We were in a group of 6 people and the house accommodated us very well! The architecture of the place delighted everyone in my group. It felt like we were in a movie house! Beautiful! The location is very good, close to the main avenue of Monte Verde. We are grateful, and we definitely want to return!

It was a spectacular experience Chácara is a delight, with a jaw-dropping view. The place has everything you need to have, a full kitchen, refrigerators that fulfill the paper, a very neat interior space, good beds. The outdoor space is perfect, with the BBQ, the swimming pool, the volleyball net and the stunning view. Lucimara always very kind and with very useful information. The housekeeper Vanderley is also sympathetic and super helpful. Although there is no contact with the city, the place is super close and with access to the delivery of food, water and the like. I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this enchanting country house! The site is even more beautiful than the photos — surrounded by nature, with a super quiet atmosphere, perfect for resting and recharging. Wonderful place....paved street with night security, the house is super cozy, very well equipped, clean and organized, the outdoor area is delightful, the hosts are lovely, they gave us all the details of the house....we were very well received by Patricia and her husband....we will certainly return more often. Our stay was lovely. Roney, the owner of the farm, always attends to your needs. Jeferson (farm employee) gave us all the support we needed. We went with family and friends and felt at home. It was 6 days of great peace, a cozy place, spacious house, comfortable beds. Nice pool. The main house is very complete, with all the utensils, it has everything you need. The outdoor space of the house is very nice. The birds sing all day. It is very peaceful. Upon our arrival we were greeted with a delicious cake for us to have a good coffee. There is a waterfall nearby, which is very beautiful. We were very satisfied, we had a very pleasant time. We intend to return! I can only thank you! 🙏🏽✨

Big top house, nice ambience.

wonderful experience, we spent a blessed weekend. We are already planning our next stay at the Maranata ranch. Wilson and Tata are amazing hosts, super attentive, they made us feel super comfortable. It felt like we were in our own home, for those looking for a quiet place, contact with nature, animals, a comfortable house, you can go without fear that you will enjoy it a lot.

Caca very kind in all requests and always helpful during listing. There is also the Isa which is the homemade, it was all the time requests and very helpful. The amazing place, I made my son's birthday, it was not necessary to rent any toys, as the tennis and Society courts were enough for the fun for all the guests. The house has an architectural style that delighted all the guests.

My family and I love the site, it is very large and very green. The house is cozy, the beds were all covered and without the smell of mold, the bathrooms had toilet paper, hand soap and a dryer that I thought was wonderful. The kitchen is very complete! The pool area is a little far from the house but nothing too much, it would be interesting to have a stove there in the pool barbecue area so you don't have to go to the house to make the food, but that wasn't a major obstacle. In addition, the pool and barbecue area is well complete with sun chairs, a good fridge and a clean toilet. We had only one question but that was talked to Andrea and she was very solicitous and kind!

The king site was perfect for the family reunion over the weekend!! Super comfortable for 22 adults and kids. All rooms are air-conditioned, with many comfortable beds and access to good bathrooms. Several rooms had up to 2 full beds. The kitchen has all the utensils and many refrigerators for large groups, which was perfect for breakfast, barbecue and meals. The space is very large. Everyone praised the house and was impressed with so much space! The area is very beautiful and quiet, there were horses that appeared on the site as if it were something magical. Vanderlei was very proactive with all the questions and helped a lot to coordinate everything, in addition to the caretaker who helped us in the house as well. I highly recommend the stay!! The house was very well organized, clean and equipped. We were also super well received by Du, who helped us with everything we needed and prepared delicious meals! Due to the rains, we had a small problem with energy and the Internet, but the host was always available and was proactive with the problems. We had a great time in the leisure areas and we intend to return!
