We have worked to make this space inviting to a larger group or family. There is a large living room with plenty of seating and enough space in the house to sleep 11 on a bed or fold-out couch. The house was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The accommodations were nice especially for thinking of children. I would suggest bringing your own nespresso pods or coffee pot if you happen to drink a lot of coffee. Per the house manual, only 4-6 pods are supplied for a stay ( we were there 3 nights with 5 guests). We used all of them the first morning. The host was helpful and delivered more for us the next day which was nice.

This was the perfect place for a quick weekend trip to watch our Daughters track and field event. The home is in the cutest neighborhood, just like in the movies. Very quiet and close to everything we needed.

This house is a fantastic option in Hutch. It's in a quiet neighborhood in a great part of town. Very clean and well stocked! Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. Great backyard with room to play. We will stay again next time we're in town.

Beautiful and peaceful house that is well equipped for large groups. We loved being able to cook large family style meals without having to worry if we would have what we needed. Liz is an amazing host who is willing to go the extra mile for her guests. She picked up groceries for us so we could rest easy or first day. She was also very responsive when we had an issue arise. Thank you Liz for all you do!
