Countryside Barnhouse in Brittany

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

The accommodation is in a renovated farmhouse. The 80 square meter house is adjoining my own home. The house is ideal for hosting two families with children or groups of friends. It is equipped with two beautiful master bedrooms and another dormitory bedroom. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A large living room with open kitchen and a wood-burning stove. An outdoor area with terrace, barbecue, and garden.

Country house, 15 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, spacious and comfortable 200 m2; 4 bedrooms; 10 beds; basic equipment (towels, pillows, soap, toilet paper... except sheets); baby equipment (bed, high chair, bathtub, small games...); terrace and garden; barbecue; motorcycle garage; table tennis room; nearby petanque court; fishing pond... Small grocery store in the village; convenience stores in Pontorson for any supplies 7 km away

No need to hurry, here you will be on vacation and enjoy at leisure the region, its medieval cities, its narrow streets lined with half-timbered houses and authentic places. Spend a night in an old house, wake up in the morning and feel a little at home to prepare a breakfast. Spread the map on the table and prepare the journey of a day and choose between Fougères, Mont Saint Michel, Cancale, Saint Malo, Vitré or Rennes.

For the youngest , they will be able to enjoy close to the leisure base of the Villecartier forest (tree climbing, mini boat ride...).

Each home has its own independence and outdoor space. POOL open from May to September, common for all cottages. PLAYGROUND ideal for the kids. Linen not provided or extra charge of 10 euros per bed and 5 euros per person for towels

1st of our 2 cottages located in a 1 ha property (Each cottage has its own listing): Old bakery converted into a 65 m2 detached house with fireplace, full spa (sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi) ENTIRELY PRIVATE. Bathrobes, towels, breakfast (delivered to your door), barbecue (charcoal not included). Possibility – on request – to only rent one night on Fridays when Saturdays/Sundays are already booked
