It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Come stay in my Renovated 1910 Farmhouse in the Fairpark area of Salt Lake City. Approximately 5 min from the airport, and easy freeway access to 3 major freeways. Less than an hour away from at least a dozen ski resorts. The room is private, but bathrooms and main areas are shared. I’m a single man with 4 extremely friendly dogs (they have their own room with outside access). I’m an active outdoors enthusiast with tons of knowledge on hikes, skiing, as well as restaurants and nightlife.
