We are so happy that you are visiting our listing. We remodeled our basement to be rented out as a short and long term rental. Perfect for up to 4 guests. It is a beautiful, modern and clean basement apartment in West Valley City, UT. Everything is brand new. Memory foam mattresses, high end appliances, granite counter top, tile bathroom, new washer and dryer and more.. Separate apartment for full privacy. Lovely 3-Bedroom House with Patio

Your family will be close to everything with the entire house to yourselves. This is a one-level single family home. It is a short 15 minute drive from Salt Lake Airport with plenty of shopping just minutes away and only a 20 minute drive to downtown. There are also 5+ ski resorts within a 45 minute drive and many great hiking trails even closer. Whether you are coming for an outdoor adventure (there are lots to be had!), to see family, or a concert/entertainment, this is the house for you!
