It's a family duplex used by our children during the university year. My spacious 3 bedroom flat has everything you need for your trip in Angers. On the first floor ( set above street level ), I'm offering one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a dining and living area, wifi and washer/dryer. And on the second, there are the 2 other bedrooms, 1 toilet and a bathroom Being at a walking distance of both the train station and the town center, it also has its own private parking spot.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located near the new Rennes-Angers axis, as a couple or for work, you will spend pleasant nights in an atypical setting. Day use possible subject to availability upon request. The accommodation is of course entirely non-smoking. The price indicated for 2 people is for a single bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The accommodation is a fully open space, it is not suitable for colleagues.

You will enjoy the 28° heated swimming pool, petanque court, ping pong table and wooded garden as well as other activities. An enclosed garden is next to the terrace for the safety of children We will be happy to welcome you and accompany you during your stay.

Come and spend an unforgettable time in complete discretion in this 70 m² house dedicated to your well-being. The suite has a 2-person hot tub as well as a 2-person sauna. The spacious room has equipment to spice up your love life (St. Andrew's cross, Tandra sofa, mirror above the bed...) The living room with video projector and fully equipped kitchen. You will enjoy the decoration and atmosphere of our accommodation, with controllable LEDs.
