Ian and Ailsa were fabulous hosts and their place was good for a couple nights in Titirangi. Beautiful area and close to good restaurants and walks.

Home from home. Debbie was a brilliant host. We enjoyed the dogs and the relaxed approach we had within the studio flat. There is plenty of space and light and everything we needed. Howick is a great area within walking distance , full of good cafes, restaurants and shops . The Saturday market is a must as is the beach which is also within walking distance . We would definitely return .

Wonderful place, exquisitely clean- which is really important to us! The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was lovely. There was a wonderful attention to detail, from the courtyard to the breakfast ammenities. We booked our next stay with Lucy while we were there! My son and myself stayed at Stuart and Sue's property as it was close to the Howick Sailing Club where we were attending the 2025 Nationals of the Starling Yacht. It also provided two bedrooms that was a requirement we had. The property is a guest suite underneath Stuart and Sue's house and the facilities match the description on the listing. On entering the property we found it spotless, and a welcoming card along with some confectionery. Stuart and Sue introduced themselves to us soon after our arrival. The location was good, 5 minutes to the yacht club, and supermarkets very close. We ate out most of the time though had breakfast there and made lunches for the day. The only difficulty we had was dealing with the wet sailing gear at the end of the day. The listing is quite clear that there is no laundry facilities and we were aware of this. Overall we were very happy with our stay. Many thanks to Stuart and Sue..

Hosts were very kind and helpful throughout our stay here. Beds are very comfy. Facilities in the house are more than enough for 4 of us. Nice recommendations on places to go as well. Such a nice spot to stay and enjoy the quietness of Maraetai. Friendly locals and good cafes on the beach. *Halal beef burgers at Maraetai Wharf Store at the beach!

Absolutely stunning place! All as described. Cosy, very clean, specious and with lovely green background to explore. Kyra’s communication was fabulous and she even left us goodies in the fridge. Highly recommend.

What a lovely stay! The location was absolutely perfect for us while attending a wedding in Kumeu. We so appreciated the incredibly prompt communication (thank you for rescuing us with car drama and letting us stay a bit longer) and loved all the thoughtful extras that made breakfast completely stress-free. Being a walking distance to everywhere including amazing playground is a bonus– we'd definitely be back if we have another event in the area! Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful time at Nick's place. It was very easy to communicate with him and we were surprised by flowers, snacks and drinks. We would definitely recommend staying here. it's easy to catch a bus from here and explore other parts of the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maureen's. It was clean, comfortable, peaceful and very convenient to St Heliers cafes, shops and waterfront.

A perfect wee spot for our slightly last minute trip to the North Shore! Very comfy bed, with beautiful linen. Appreciated the little treats left for us. Impeccably clean and tidy. Would highly recommend!

Annabelle was a fantastic host and the treehouse was a great place to stay. The surroundings were amazing and the house was tidy, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying, we definitely would again.

We stayed in winter. It is the downstairs unit of a residential house. Beds were comfortable and linen was fresh. The heatpump and dehumidifier kept the unit warm and cosy. Everything was tidy and we'd happily stay here again. A great base for exploring Auckland and the North Shore. Everything we needed was within a short drive. We walked to Campbells Bay beach through the walkway and along the beach, it was lovely. The host was friendly. We ate dinner at Tok Tok restaurant in Takapuna which had great food for the whole family.

We spent 2 nights in Auckland whilst we waiting for our departure flights. Sarah's house is small and cosy with all the amenities needed. It has the feel of a small country cottage. For a family with 2 small boys it might have been a bit small for a longer stay but for us it was ideal. There is a grassy space directly in front and with plenty of playgrounds just a short walk from the accommodation. Sarah's listing information highlighted that there is some noise from the nearby motorway. If you are used to quieter surrounds this might be disturbing but for us we all sleep well. My family really enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to Sarah and family.

The location was perfect for our plans and there was a public transport option if needed. It was a very quiet and private spot with evrything you needed. Wendy was a great hostess and very welcoming.

Great self contained living space, close to local shops, and very easy to come/go as needed.

Santa is very friendly and thoughtful. She gave my daughter chocolate and homemade cake, and knowing she gets motion sickness, they also provided two motion sickness wristbands for her.
