We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

This apartment with a large living room and a bedroom is perfect for families who want to visit relatives or want to explore Cologne and Düsseldorf. Due to the optimal connection to the highway as well as to the S-Bahn, you are in the city center of Cologne and Düsseldorf in 20 minutes. Within walking distance, you are about 5 minutes from an Edeka market and a casino. The highlight of the region is the water ski resort, which is about 10 minutes away and is visited by many as a day trip.

The apartment is in a house from 1907. The landlords live in the house themselves. We live on a street with mostly single family houses. There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.

The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. The furnishings are therefore new and up to date. The front door can be opened via a video intercom at the push of a button.
