It has a private garage, 600 m2 enclosed, wooded and shaded land, a private above-ground wooden pool. The 45 m2 house has all the comforts. 2 bedrooms with double bed, one with trundle bed. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
