Heart of Beaune, calm street, free parking

Welcome to our charming apartment, which we’re proud to say has a four-star award from the Departmental Tourist Board. It's in an historic buidling, inside the ramparts in the very heart of Beaune, but in a quiet side-street. It features a salon/dining room, an independent, fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and separate bathroom. Bright and sunny with high-beamed ceilings, a stone staircase and marble corridor, it also features a lovely glass 'verrière' overlooking an interior courtyard.

Independent apartment

The independent apartment of 37 m2 is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our home. It has a bedroom with sheets, bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge, espresso machine. There are all the shops nearby, the Sunday morning market 90 m away, the train station 200 m away, the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

At the foot of the vines

30 m2 apartment, newly renovated in the heart of the Puligny Montrachet vineyard renowned for its great wines. A swimming pool is available from June to the end of August with a view of the vineyards. Access is through the garage door next to the apartment, you can enjoy walks, a barbecue is available and then have a drink in peace. Closed courtyard for your vehicle. A key box is available for your autonomy. I hope you have a lovely stay.

"La Ptite Maison" is an independent old house.

Close to Beaune, a few km from the Wine Route, you can enjoy a quiet relaxing stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. A main room with a sofa seating area (cannot be used as a bed), Wi-Fi TV and a dining area. This room is separated by 1 glass wall where there is a double bed, a wardrobe. Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

This pretty studio, with separate kitchen and bathroom, completely tastefully renovated, is particularly pleasant for its calm, proximity to the train station (7 minutes) and the historic center (15 minutes). Very bright, it has a very pretty view of a large garden. At the courtyard, one of the three parking spaces is reserved for the occupant of the studio. Discount rate: week /month.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.

Pretty stone house with small garden in the heart of the vineyards, 3 km from the thermal baths of Santenay. The village is at the crossroads of several bike paths that can take you to Côte de Beaune, Nuits or Côte Chalonnaise. You can enjoy the calm of a small wine village while being not far from all amenities. You will stay in a completely renovated individual accommodation.
