Mutu Villa standard apartment.

ÁronRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a great time! We spent almost 2 months in Dickwella at Mutu Villa. The house is close to the main road, but still in a quiet area. It was a 5 min walk to supermarket, cafe, bakery, restaurnats. Also the ocean beach is easily and quickly accessible (about 400m) Very well equipped, spacious house. Our little boy particularly enjoyed the large space and garden. The hosts were very kind to put a cot in the room for our 1 year old baby. The kitchen well equipped (gas stove, pots, knives, rice cooker, fruit mixer, etc). We especially liked the fact that there was a wahing machine. A big extra is that the house comes with a spacious garden! The hosts were super nice, anytime we wrote to them, they helped us right away. If we had any questions, they were immediately at our disposal. Overall, I can only recommend it to everyone!

Nilwala Gate wetland Stay

DianaRating, 5 stars15 months ago
The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-story building; the family of the owner of the apartment lives on the second floor. You will also have access to the roof on which peacocks fly. The apartments are large, you have a full kitchen with (microwave, blender, rice cooker, stove) there is an ironing board and iron. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. The owner also bought additional shampoo and hair conditioner. The house itself is located not far from the roadway, but the sounds of cars are absolutely inaudible. Keep in mind that the house is located on the ground floor and some insects that are not dangerous may enter you. There were some interruptions with the Internet, but the owner did everything possible to correct the situation, but I advise you to buy an additional SIM card with Internet. The owner speaks very good English and helps with all questions. If you decide to stay you will feel safe with this family😊

Aravivilla Beach House

ANILRating, 5 stars2 months ago
The villa is adequately provided and well equipped . If anything is required to suit your taste then Aravinda promptly arranges the same . We spent nearly 34 days at this villa and it had become a second home to us. 2 bedrooms were provided with AC and the 3rd bedroom was provided with desert cooler. For longer stays the electricity is billed to the guest. Our bill was @14000 LKR for the entire duration . We used only 1 AC as only 1 bedroom was utilised by us. We didnot use any electric cooking gadget , even though all kinds of electric ovens were there. We used only the cooking gas stove and gas cylinder was provided by Aravinda . The front lawn is green and Aravinda takes responsibility to get the lawn cleaned once every week. Be careful of red ants though :-). Aravinda took us for a familiarisation ride of the locality on our 1st day . He also picked / dropped us from/to airport in his sedan at very low cost. We definitely would like to come back again!
The exterior of the three-story house showcases a modern design, featuring large, framed windows adorned with white curtains. Colorful potted plants with vibrant flowers enhance the entrance, while a small grassy area adds a touch of greenery. The welcoming atmosphere is emphasized by the open doors.

Best Lucky Home stay

DmitriiRating, 5 stars41 months ago
Darshani's and Lucky's home is just amazing, we spent so goo time there! First of all, it is an entire floor (which is huge!) with your own private gate. The floor has a really big free space : wonderful chill zone with a lot of sofas, nice bedroom with a/c, bathroom and your own kitchen with all you need for daily cooking. There is also a dining table which is great as a workplace as well. In the living room there are some balconies and if you will open the doors you will feel a light cool breeze, so nice! The wi-fi is good for daily work as well. Location is nice, its close to the beach(10 min by bike) where you can swim with turtles. But the most important are hosts - Darshani and Lucky are so kind, caring and lovely. The will help with anything you need and even more! We had a wonderful time in their house and we would stay more, but it was already booked by another people for a several months, so you are lucky if you have an opportunity to book this amazing place.

Pure Nature Home

ElizavetaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This is an extremely cozy house! It is located a little bit deep from the main roads, so it is silence and calm here. I enjoyed here with birds, palms, nature sounds. I was surprised with small quantity of mosquitos here, but for your safety hosts provide you with mosquito net. Oh, God, how it's wonderful to sleep with open doors and windows here - it's smell, sounds..perfect! And to be honest I even didn't use a fan during night's, because the temperature was absolutely comfortable. The villa has rather good WiFi and if you are a remote worker it will suite to you (the day temperature is also good when you open windows and use fan, there is no necessity in AC). Hosts are absolutely cute and caring about you! But villa is located rather far from any shops and beaches (apr. 10 min by bike) - so bike or tuktuk are absolutely necessary here, and there is not a problem to reach this location. Having traveled the entire coast from Galle, I do not want to change this place of living.
A large double bed is draped with a delicate mosquito net, enhancing the sleeping area. Soft white linens and several pillows complement the inviting design. Light filters through orange-striped curtains, illuminating the space and creating a calm atmosphere.

Wonderfully accommodating hosts who let us in on their life story, and were responsible for one of our most treasured experiences in Sri Lanka so far. Amazing hospitality from a beautiful and thoughtful family. Highly recommend staying here.
The exterior view highlights a modern holiday home featuring a two-story structure with a clean, white facade. A large, rolled-up garage door complements the sleek design. Palm trees and greenery are visible, adding a touch of nature to the inviting curb appeal.

Polhena Leisure - 3 Bed rooms Villa

KonstantinRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We want to say thank you so much for our wonderful vacation! Stayed at Manik Villa for three weeks. Beautiful neighbourhood, lots of animals. There is a large supermarket nearby, which has everything you need. The sea is a 15-20 minute walk or Sri L 'rupiah 170 by tuk tuk. Big turtles can be found on the beach! A very hospitable host who can help with all questions - something to set up/bring something that is missing/ extremely profitable to change the currency/help with the purchase of seafood, meat, etc. at local prices (residents are sold cheaper than tourists). Priyantha, thank you! ❤️ The house is clean, spacious, lots of space to relax and meet friends. Nearby on the beach is also a snorkeling and diving center. East - you can go on a river safari in Matara and a forest safari in Yala. West - you can surf in Weligama, Mirissa has a delicious meal :)
