Clean space, amenities were good! Responsive host!

My group and I truly loved this home ! It was quiet and in the perfect area for us! We will definitely be back!

Megan’s house was just like the pictures. It had lots of beds which was perfect for family traveling to town for a family wedding. The pool table and heated pool were an added bonus.

Great stay. Brought the family there for a weekend of pool fun. My kids are 3 and 16 months. Minoo is a great host and very responsive. The home is meticulous but not particularly kid friendly - she was upfront and described this to me in advance. If you have a little one that likes to explore on their own - you need to keep an eye on them, lots of little decorations at arms reach for the kids. Spiral staircase can be difficult to use with kids in your arms as well. Pool was beautiful and warm however is not a walk in and the shallow end is a third of the pool. We spent most of our time in the private backyard or out for walks. Local parks and amenities close by. We had a great time and would absolutely stay at Minoos place again when visiting Newmarket. Myself and my friends had a pleasant staycation at Xin’s house in May. I had given a heads up that there will be a 4 months baby with us and they made sure the entire space is clean making it most comfortable especially for the baby. The host was super responsive from the time I booked and replied to my questions in a timely and respectful manner. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a spot not very far from city yet appreciate a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Michelle responds quickly on all inquiries we need on her place, she also instructed us on checked ins and out. Her place is gorgeous layout and exactly what is described on the pictures . Me and my family had a great time staying on her place, very homely and convenient. I will recommend her place to everyone.

We are extremely happy with our one week stay here while visiting family. The home was clean and well stocked, everything was exactly as described on the listing. The beds were super comfortable. Labeed was always prompt with his responses. No complaints at all about this place and we'd stay here again next time we are in Barrie!

Mariam was a great host - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was beautifully furnished and had lots of games available for us. Kitchen was very spacious and bedding was comfortable. We will definitely come back!

Everything was great down to every little detail. Soaps, shampoo, Conditioner, towels, toothpaste and new brushes in case you forgot yours. Coffee, tea and sugar, water bottles and ice in the freezer. Every detail was perfect. We would definitely stay again when in the area. Only negative... is you can hear the main level apartment (living space) people walking around if heavy footed... but in general that was not a problem and not a complaint. Just an FYI for future renters.

They were very supportive and responsive but not only that, they were very kind to let me know that if I had needed anything that I was able to reach out to them anytime. As hosts they were attentive which was great. Me and a the group of people enjoyed our stay. House was clean and it was very welcoming and inviting as soon as we had arrived. This was hands down the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, spotless from top to bottom. Everything was incredibly neat, well-organized, and thoughtfully labeled with clear instructions, which made our stay seamless and stress-free. Mary truly went above and beyond in every way. She was super responsive when we had questions about local fishing tackle shops, and her attention to detail in the home was amazing. She left us a selection of teas, snacks, travel-sized lotion and hand sanitizer, and other small touches that made the whole place feel like a cozy hotel retreat. The neighborhood was peaceful and within easy walking distance of the lake a perfect location to unwind. Would absolutely recommend this stay to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a caring host.

This was my 1st Airbnb experience, and I have to say; we’re very grateful to have booked such a beautiful home and great host! It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay again!

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

This place was clean easy to access and very clean, the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the concise and clear directions for check in/out.

Steve is a very good host to talk to, he is very friendly and patient, responds quickly and gives clear instructions to help guests enter the house. Everything in the house is exactly as described and the photos match exactly. Every corner is clean, there is enough space and toilet. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested, it is definitely worth it!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our short family trip. The place was spotless, clean, cozy, and has all the amenities we could have asked for. What truly stood out was the hospitality of the host. Not only were they kind and responsive throughout, but they went above and beyond by letting us use the laundry facilities very late at night. To our surprise, they even folded our clothes once the cycle was done — a small gesture, but it really meant a lot. Bonus points for the pool table in the living area! It added a fun touch to our evenings, and I’ll admit, I definitely got to brush up on my pool skills during the stay.
