Vacation rentals with a kayak in Regional Municipality of Halton

A very beautiful place. We were looking for serene environment and this place provided exactly that. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend.

We had several people for a work conference, and everyone loved the home/property! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The variety of lawn games were lots of fun, and the backyard is very private and enjoyable. We would stay again!

My family and I stayed here for two weeks with our newborn and pup while our home was being renovated. The layout of the house is beautiful and open with great natural light during the day which made for a very comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. All the rooms are clean and beds were super comfy. Host was responsive and made sure we had things we needed and even had cleaning items delivered to the house that we requested. The house is located really close to the beach front trail which was great for daily walks and is conveniently located to the highway ramps for easy access to downtown Burlington, Hamilton or Niagara region. If you’re looking for great local burgers, Crooksy’s pub is just down the street. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! We hosted the after party of our wedding here with ~50 guests and we didn’t have to worry about disturbing anyone as we had lots of privacy. Everyone had a blast especially hanging out and dancing in the beautiful barn on the property. Anna and Alex were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend for your next event or weekend away!

It was the perfect space for our holiday visit. Super quiet for a restful sleep and great light during the day. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, but we enjoyed the time we did.

Hosted a bachelor party here and was a dream Location. So much space, Interior was better then they described with lots of space for 10 people and the bedrooms are nice and separate from main areas for privacy and quiet. The only complaints (and these were so minor) is that cooking oil was not provided despite being in the listing, the property is beside a busy road so traffic noise (also a little hard to find with the sign on the road being the neighbors number and how to use the sauna was a bit unclear. Anna was such a responsive host allowing us to text her with any questions making the stay very easy. I hope whoever stays here gets better weather to enjoy all the outdoors space the property offers, Anna even offers to provide firewood. Such a good property at a reasonable price, a quick 20 minute Uber to downtown, a place all of our guests enjoyed. Truly recommend this place for a larger group stay. Thanks Anna!

Simons Place was Great! Great location to Toronto, Niagra Falls and surrounding areas! Would definitely stay here again in the furture.

This place is even better than the pictures and Simon and Hayley are super responsive, helpful and take great care of the place. They even have great outdoor seating, dining and games for warm evenings. We were there for six weeks with a 4yo and baby and this place was home from home; comfortable, clean, safe, warm, peaceful… It’s also super convenient for the freeway which let us get to Toronto easily, and even to Ontario wine country and to Niagara Falls. Would definitely go back here and would recommend this home and Simon/Hayley as hosts!
