Many young people live here and trendy shops and restaurants are right around the corner. The apartment is located on the quiet street Kronborggade (4th floor, no elevator), but runs parallel to the very hip street Jægersborggade and from the livingroom and balcony you can enjoy a beautiful park view. 8 min walk to the nearest subway. No pets or parties allowed.

The apartment holds a livingroom with sitting/eating area, bedroom, toilet, kitchen w. gas stove, a raw but cozy bathroom in unfinished basement with bathtub & over tub shower (no sink). Perfect for two, but the possibility for a 3rd guest in the living room. (note that the bathroom is shared between 2 units. In my 10+ years here, I've experienced less than 5 times waiting). 10 min walk from Nørrebro st. It's a on the groundfloor, this setting is currently unavailable (says 1.fl instead).
