The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Our lovely cottage was erected and built in 2005, as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. New floors, sanitation, beds and more new furniture in spring 2025. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Private annex near lake / close to Copenhagen

25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
