In the heart of Lower Normandy, the cottage La Ch'tite Vallée awaits you at the exit of the village. Close to shops: Juvigny-le-Tertre, Saint-Hilaire-du-Harcouet, Avranches, Vire. Close to tourist centers: Mortain waterfalls, Voie Verte, Jullouville beach, museums, Châteaux, Mont Saint Michel. The house has its own entrance and an adjoining 50 m2 garden. You can meet the goats, ponies, chickens, cows and cats of the house.

You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

This country house is ideal for relaxing with family and friends. On the ground floor, it consists of a large living room, a kitchen, toilet, a bedroom with private bathroom and a laundry room and upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
