Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

Tarik was an amazing host when we visit again we would love to book again

Host was very communicative but not invasive. Felt right at home and has everything you would need, like staying at a friend’s house. Beds were great. Loved the front deck - so peaceful with comfortable furniture, lush greenery, and great view. Spent most of our time out there. One caveat, to get the great views in the middle of the city, you have to climb. We did not have a problem with it and we are not particularly young or super fit, but if you struggle with stairs at all, definitely not the place for you. And keep in mind that anything you bring (luggage, groceries, etc) will need to be taken up a single narrow staircase (roughly the height of 1.5 floors) so maybe not a good choice if you don’t travel light. We would stay again.

This place is truly one of a kind! Just a 10-minute drive from LAX, it’s tucked away on the corner of a quiet neighborhood, but what makes it unforgettable is its amazing pirate theme. The host, Jeremy, has gone above and beyond—he even created an entire website dedicated to the experience! From the moment you arrive, Jeremy makes you feel welcome and ensures you have everything you need. The backyard is a private oasis, complete with a pool and hot tub that are perfect for unwinding. You’ll also have secure private parking behind a locked gate, which is a huge plus. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with tons of character and a fantastic host, this is it. Highly recommend!

had a wonderful stay in this lovely Los Angeles rental! Check-in was a breeze, making the arrival process stress-free. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, promptly answering any questions we had. To top it off, they even left some delicious snacks for us—such a thoughtful touch! We love this place. A few wonderful things the description doesn’t mention: (1) the amazing views from the back balcony, (2) higher altitude so it’s nice and cool and also no mosquitoes (houses lower have mosquitoes now), (3) the new amazing washer and dryer, and (4) the hot water for showers is fantastic.

It was such a great place to stay, we lived there for 3 months as we relocated to LA. The house itself is a bit old but it’s super clean and the location is incredible. Beds were super comfy and it had all the amenities you require. The hosts were honestly so helpful and caring and we would 100% book it again and recommend it to anyone. Great neighborhood, near the beach, great coffee, breakfast & yoga nearby.

Zev & Melissa's place was wonderful! The property is extremely well finished and maintained. Not having access to the master bedroom is not an issue, and we loved the other en suite master, where the bed and linens were incredibly comfortable and upscale. The kitchen and living area (open floor plan) were perfect, and the neighborhood was great with plenty of things to do for fun. What struck us most was how well prepared the house was with everything a guest would hope to have - more akin to a luxury hotel than an Airbnb experience. We would definitely go back!

Rosie was a very responsive, accommodating and empathetic host! The house was thoroughly cleaned, stylish, organized with labels and thoughtfully setup with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the essentials. There were board games for leisure, beach equipment available, and good local eatery recommendations. The location and accessibility also made this spot stand out with its 5 minute walk to the beach! Would definitely book with her again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—exactly like the photos, if not better. Every little detail was taken care of, and it made me feel right at home. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to everything I needed. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, always making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s one of those places you wish you could stay longer. What a lovely getaway. Removed enough from the action and bustle of pier street and the strand, but walkable to everything. Lovely decor matched the ambiance of a vacation by the sea. Loved all of the windows in the living/dining/kitchen. It is clearly their home - and it feels like you are at a friends place. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Absolutely a must visit! I can’t say enough positive things about this host and the house and the location! The home decor is very well thought out we love it! The roof top views are 360 and ocean view with the spa is divine. All of us were so grateful to have stayed here. If you aren’t use to stairs there are three levels! Don’t forget your items like we did, unless you want a fantastic workout and buns of steel! Loved the light dimmer downstairs it def helped set the mood. Wish there was a dimmer on the light in the kitchen. But seriously fantastic place and hospitality vibes were incredible. Local shops everywhere and the beach is two small blocks away. Bring extra beach towels. Beds were comfy pillows were great. They have dishes, pots, pans etc. dont sleep on this place- it’s perfect!

The primary purpose of choosing Tania's Airbnb was to have get together of eight of us college pals, meeting a few decades after. While it is hard to exceed that fun and excitement, Tania's place comes a close second. In fact, this Airbnb place enhanced the fun several times over. Soon as I checked in and walked around the house, I felt at peace that there was not going to be any latent issues and we were going to have a great weekend. Right from the check-in till the check-out, everything was as described in the site. Tania's responses were prompt and quite helpful. The place was clean and well equipped. Clear instructions in the website as well as inside the house were very helpful. The walk to the beach was very slightly steep, but, that helped complete my exercise for the day ! A great weekend ! Michelle was extremely helpful during our stay. She gave us recommendations and was quick to answer any questions we had. The pool and hot tub were clean as well as the inside of the house. There were some people staying in the bungalow next to us for the entirety of our stay but we never heard them so it's a pretty peaceful area to relax + sleep. We had pretty much everything we needed in the house + more and the stores around the area were very convenient as well as the sofi stadium being a 15 minute drive. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a spot in the area to stay!

Spacious 4 bedroom house that’s close to everything we needed. Easy to find and plenty of parking. Would definitely recommend this house to families and small groups

Everything was perfectly fine We had some issue with the cleaning, but the host sorted it out We absolutely understand, It’s not the hosts fault. Probably the host has to be more strict with the cleaners Otherwise, the host was very helpful and the stay was perfect as desired Location was perfect Location had ample parking
